SAFARI STARTING FROM ARUSHA (KILIMANJARO)
Best flight options for Southern Safari Circuit is arriving at/departing from Kilimanjaro International Airport.
You can jet in by the below flight companies:
• KLM in cooperation with Kenya Airways, Air France and Northwest Airlines
• Ethiopian Airlines and etc.
If by chance you can not be able to get any suitable flights to Kilimanjaro you could consider flying into Nairobi with above flight then connect with……
• Air Kenya

• Kenya Airways or Precision Air
• Fly 540 (new company)
From Wilson Airport Nairobi to Kilimanjaro International Airport or by shuttle bus from Nairobi City center to Arusha Town via Namanga Boarder point.

Note – if it happens you are going on safari and then to Zanzibar and flying with KLM it is strongly advised to book an open jaw flight to Kilimanjaro / from Zanzibar or Dar Es Salaam. The departure flight from Kilimanjaro goes via Dar Es Salaam, so it is much more convenient (and cheaper) for you to get a connection flight to Dar Es Salaam instead of Kilimanjaro if you are in Zanzibar…. You will connect as below:

NOTE:
All the above parks Selous Game Reserve, Ruaha National Park & Mikimi National Park can be accessed easily by road from Dar es salaam.
Common and easier one to make safari its Mikimi. Only 3 hours drive from Dar es salaam City Center or Dar es salaam Inter Airport. In fact we strongly recommend to visits Mikumi if it happens you are in Dar es alaam and you do not have enough time for safari.

FROM DAR ES SALAAM TO ZANZIBAR
If you wish to tour Zanzibar, Its easy to get reasonable fare to Dar es salaam than to Zanzibar directly. For the matter of fact from Dar es Salaam you can easily fly to Zanzibar. Every half an hour there is a flight to and fro Zanzibar. Companies like Zan Air, Coastal Aviation, Indigo Aviation, Precision Air, Safari Air Link etc are having a scheduled flights ; Dar es salaam- Zanzibar – Dar es salaam. Alternatively you can take a Speed boat from Dar es salaam- Zanzibar – Dar es salaam every day from the ferry terminal near Dar es salaam city center. There are Azam Marine- Sea Bus, Sea Express, MS Sepideh, MV Seagul, & Flying Horse.

ZANZIBAR ARCHIPELAGO
If you wish to fly to Zanzibar directly before venture to safari to mainland or only for total relaxation in the beautiful beaches there are below options.

• Condor Jet direct from Germany to Zanzibar during summer time from July to March very year
• 1 Time Airways from South Africa jet in once a week to Zanzibar
